Pachadi
A fine blend of coconut, curd and pineapple
combined with fiery chillies and spices.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
3 to 4 whole red chillies
1 tsp green chillies
4 to 5 curry leaves
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
1 cup diced pineapple
2 Tbsp coconut paste mixed with spices and mustard oil

Method
Heat oil
in a pan and splutter some mustard.
Add green chillies, red chillies, curry leaves and ginger.
Now add pineapple and coconut paste.
Cook for few minutes.
Finally add curd.
Mix well and serve.
